Osa-Meiling is really helpful in helping out Koakuma, while Osa-Okuu takes care of birds with Kimeemaru. Osa-Myon prevents Yuyuko from eating too much, while Osa-Letty takes care of Cirno and Daiyousei. It's tough to say which one really is the most helpful as most of them help in their own way...

Osa-Reimu is calming Yuuka's soul.
Osu-Patchy is keeping Marisa occupied much of the time (preventing book thieft...though part of that is Koa's instant swapping skills).
