The Pixiv tags translate it into something in that neighborhood too, but I figured I'd put translation_request on there just in case.

It's "[It] looks good!"

It can be translated in 2 ways.-
I like it.
I feel good.

but "looks good" is bad translation
as she'd be using दिखता for looking good
लगता translates better to "feel"
