ANN credits her as "Lieutenant Jeger". In the OVA episode she introduces herself as "Amelia Yeager Chuui" and it's "アメリア イェーガー中尉" on the Japanese wiki page. The "Jeger" seems spurious, I'd rather think her name to be a nod to aviation luminaries "Chuck" and "Earhart", so I'm tagging as such.
