I couldn't tell. Comparing other pictures, she looked closest to Suzu. Anyway, removing Suzu for now.

What exactly makes this a spoiler? Somebody, who never played the game is probably going to think "So, in the end we find out, that after his first heart attack he was constantly in coma and the whole story in school was only his dream while he was in hospital?". Which of course, doesn't happen. (At least, as far as I know.)
