sure you've already noticed, but I'll mention it for others who find this later. It was an accident. The artist was so focused on the rest that the jet striker slipped her mind. Someone pointed it out to her after she posted it on pixiv. Embarrassed, she then promptly fixed it and replaced the original with the corrected version. So danbooru is now the only place you can find this original version ;)
