Offcorse it is, joust takes a good camera and somewhat skilled photographer. If you look carefully it shows that its pritty small, and its other material then skin, also she has no bellbutton.
lol, when I asked if it was even a figure, I didn't mean it could be human, I just meant that it could be something bigger, like a sex doll maybe? Because the detail on that thing is mind-blowing (with or without a belly-button) and the bandages look real... But I bet it wont come cheap...
I doubt its full sized figure somehow. But yes, full sizedones are quite expensive(if you want it with all functions offcorse), but I dont like lifeless objects so...if it had AI that whould be different.
It could very well be a Model, or CG. (I'm a 3D animation and modeling student)either way, the lighting is done just right to give a large and lifelike feel. Very well done.
