Looking at the weapon in her right hand, it looks almost like the Light or Binary Rifle from Halo 4. Anyone else see a resemblance?
Indeed. As the author said in the 'Comments' that he played all series of Halo, I think the author was inspired by Halo 4's Promethean Weapon, like you said [And I think the weapon in her left hand as well].
P.S. I personally like these weapons' design as much as the original's! Way to go, Mr. Gia!
