Added ranguage tag, though it doesn't exactly fit the situation. Creator tried to write Nice Boat in Japanese and failed, ニセボアツ is quite far from ナイスボート.
Well, it looks suspiciously like what you would get if you took the English letters and blindly matched them up on a kana chart. (It actually reads like "nihseh bwatssuh"; to get the sounds right, you'd have to make it "na-ee-suh bo-o-to", like seabook posted.) So I guess it just *might* be a joke on how somebody blindly took a J->E dictionary and came up with "In the school, the three guys met"... but I doubt it. 'Smore likely just a shoddy conversion.
