Well it seems to be Remi too.
I guess it represents both aspect: cold/hot-blooded (like the blu oni red oni thing).

I don't see her wings though. It may very well be Sakuya.

Judging purely by the hair and size, it looks like Koishi or Shikieiki. Do either of those have a possible connection to Vergil?

It's Sakuya, I looked up the picture with the Nico-seiga and it had her name in the tags, though oddly the pixiv didn't.

Then again the respective Dante picture on Pixiv lacks Remilia's tag (likely due to her not being in direct focus)
