They've probably cleared their all the Alien prey already, not to mention (judging from the rest of the artworks) they've hunted their share of Humans & Youkai as well. So yeah...seemed like a memorable trip, they'll return every hundred years or so before you know it.
Mm, but from the past movies, there will probably be a final scene somewhere someone's gonna get their chest chewed out from the inside leading to a possibly sequel.
