I doubt ZUN drinks Budweiser.

The only way this really can work is if nobody 'believes' in Budweiser so of course lots shows up in Gensokyo.

I don't know exactly Zun's preferences on beer, and what he can get in Japan, but it's safe to bet he has quite a refined taste for beer, real beer mind you. On top of my mind he has being photographed drinking Hoegarden and Orval, both classics with the latter being a showstopper.

I wonder if Zun is into homebrewing, there is legislation curbing it on Japan (production and alcohol content limits if I recall correctly) but no one really take it seriously; quite frankly the hobby it suits him. A beer goddess would be a nice addition to Gensokyo's economy and pantheon.

I also bet Botasky is running a Magpul lower, those thing ought to exist only in Gensokyo and in the darkest corners of Arfcom... probably a titanium carrier too... not such a tough call, he managed to get some ammo mid 2013; at this point even Reimu must be running low on shit to throw.

Really all I read is people wondering why Aya drank a few Buds and avoided the fact there is a rabbit sitting there field stripping firearms! I mean clearly someone forgot the point that Rabbit Season will turn into Hunter Season.

Well... I'll put it this way. When he was asked by he agreed to come over here to attend Anime Weekend Atlanta, his response was that he'd heard that if he did, he'd get to try all sorts of kinds of good beer he'd never had before.

So he may drink Bud, though I rather doubt it... but he's obviously got a serious taste for good beer.
