dunno I just copied the tags off the other one as this one was pretty undertagged, so it might be wrong. It's probably promotional artwork from a scene in the game.
its not from the original CG set so it must be promo, ive also seen a version without butterflies. They used the non-butterfly one as cover art for the game and whatnot, i think this version is extra promo, and wallpaper, etc.
