The final dungeon of FF4 contains an enemy called "Little Murderer" who will repeatedly cast Libra on itself to show off its weakness to Thunder hoping to goad you into attacking it with lightning so it can counterattack with Thundaga. In the Easytype rerelease of FF2 in Japan it was renamed "Amanojaku" and hence here's Seija, however it always used Thunder instead of Fire so I may still be missing something.

PrincessBlackRose, Omnicrom, you're right. In Final Fantasy 4 Easy Type, Amanojaku's weakness has been changed from lightning to fire.
It kinda makes me feel ashamed for not fully recognizing the reference, despite having finished the game a few times. (Then again, the version I played was the Original one, not the Easy Type)
