The position of her hand looks kind of maybe wrong but I'm not completely sure. Care to confirm?

Looking at the picture upside-down, I don't think it's wrong anatomically (she just has her arm twisted way outward), although it is a fantastically awkward shooting position, even with an airsoft gun.
