part. In anime context, 中の人 usually means the seiyuu, so this is probably a Iguchi_Yuka-centered joke which I lack context to understand. I had a look into the Pixiv Encyclopedia and the Nicopedia, but haven't found whether Iguchi Yuka has a tendency to grope people or be scared of high places...

@Brake395 She's not speaking of Reizei Mako, but herself. Takebe Saori's voice actress is Kayano Ai, who also plays Darkness, a notorious female pervert that loves being abused.

So perhaps something like the following?

I'm still not sure if this is the meaning intended by the author, but at least your explanation looks more plausible than what I said. I'll change the notes to that for now.
