Why do those disks behind her remind me of Raiko's drum-set for some reason?
In Japan, electricity is pretty much associated with Raijin/Kaminari-sama, the god of thunder, in which Raiko is also based on. Said deity is also strongly related with taiko drums, which is why many Japanese characters with lightning abilities (specially in feudal/fantasy settings) have drums as their theme.
That said, I'm already expecting a crossover of No. 3 and Raiko in any form, be it cosplays or costume swaps.
