Still a skirt lift in sprit though-even the pose matches. And as pointed out, it is the intention of the artist. If I searched for skirt_lift, I would expect to see it. Lift is an incredibly ambiguous tag. Heck, it isn't even defined.

You still need to think on the tag skirt. When you search for skirt you don't want to find pants instead. It doesn't matter on the spirit it matters on what is visually there.

To be fair, though, these no longer function only as pants, but as a skirt too in some degree.
In a strong breeze/wind, the front would operate in similar fashion to a skirt.
