    Well at least I know that even if this cute doujin I'm uploading doesn't get approved people will still be able to see it.

    You could always appeal the deletion. This pool has some approved images already, while others were not. That's not exactly optimal.

    There's the appeals thread in the forums. Link the posts in the format you see there, and maybe add a reason why they should be appealed. There's also simply the option to appeal them if you look in the lower left hand corner. You could also try learning Japanese and translate it. Translated works are much more likely to get approval or appealed successfully.
