    It certainly wouldn't be very special though, since the idea of gods having sex is just as old as the idea of gods

    well, using a god for masturbation is quite rare, but using your worker/slave/servant/inferior for masturbation is common though.

    Mishaguji is under her.(I would consider Suwako as the leader/manager/boss to Mishaguji)
    so yeah, nothing rare, nothing new.
