I don't know how this particular lore will pan out but there are monstergirl lore out there where the society is ruled by them and make human farms so that men can be born. Some even promote incestuous relationships so that the chance for men to be born is increased. Others use religion as a form of deterrent where a certain religious act is in practice which makes the man "unappetizing."

i have never heard about this that monstergirls have human farms but it´s a way to get man for the next generation but this has no use when the entire world become a demon realm where no humans can exist. i didnt know if humans get their youth back or illness is gone when they transform into a incubus or monstergirl but in that case the ideal people who are very old, have a bad illness or weak health.
