    【轟沈ﾈﾀ注意】
    ｲﾍﾞﾝﾄ海峡の厳しさとかいろんなｱﾚを思って描いたｷﾞｬｸﾞ漫画だったのに前･後篇の切り場所が悪くて前篇が全く笑えない内容になりました｡苦手な人ごめんなさい｡こういうﾈﾀが好きです｡
    一応いつもの金剛さんとｲﾁｬつきたい漫画です｡

    The Shipdaughters are based on the Warships of the Imperial Japanese Navy from WWII. Ships are meant to float (via the watertight compartments, ships are divided into compartments, that way if part of a ship receives damage and begins to flood, they can seal the bulkheads with the watertight doors between the compartments to avoid the entire ship flooding and sinking) and stay above water at all times. If they "sink", that is, if too many of the compartments become flooded and the water cannot be pumped out, the ship will pull below the waterline and may sink topside up or capsize (sink upside down, belly up) So in a way I guess you could say by logic they could "asphyxiate"... Probably not what you wanted to hear, but that's all my knowledge of comparing Shipgirls to Ships can relate...
