Isn't it suppose to be like, 100 year per tail and after 1000 years they become a Divine fox.
Ran is probably already a Tenko, just that it probably not that big of a deal.
AFAIK in myths, a nine tailed fox living another hundred years becomes a tenko and is said to lose a couple of tails since the being literally becomes divine tier. Ran still has all nine mofutails so she'll probably take about... well... a couple more years to become divine (and turning Yukari into even more hax because of having a tenko for a shiki).
