Cooper Sword is expensive and one of the strongest weapon during the lower level when just starting the game. Not so precious later on though.

Now imagine buying that with money that could've been spent on other equip or recovery items, only to find the sword in a dungeon easily. Money wasted.

The interesting thing is that the artist put the cover page at the END of the pool on Pixiv. Does that mean the draft IS this manga?

Looks like it was just a sample for a work released at... something (some event, one of the KanColle-themed ones). Unless the rest of it got uploaded somewhere / someone bought it and scanned it, I doubt we'll see the rest of this comic.
