Looks like the admiral kept confusing Wakaba for Ikazuchi, so Wakaba leveled up with the rest of the 6th DesDiv, while Ikazuchi's still stuck at level 5.

Really, they do look a lot alike. I thought the first image I saw with Wakaba was actually Ikazuchi in cosplay.

Heh, Hibiki was swapped with Kikuzuki quite a few times as well.

But....but....the colors & arm shield-like pieces?!?!

i lol'd at this. besides, their character designs are from the same person.

Sadly, this exactly happened with my fleet. My Inazuma & Ikazuchi still in lv 17, but my Wakaba already lv 77 today, just because I just didn't know the difference between them
