Translated. I had a hell of a time with 都産貿内, but apparently it's short for 東京都立産業貿易センター (Tokyo Trade Center, or Tokyo Metropolitan Small Business Center), which is a building frequently used for doujinshi events (but not comiket... at least, not recently).
