Does the 'nekogroupschoool' tag actually mean anything specific, or...?

Judging from the rational for deletion behind this user's other post I would guess that "nekogroupschool" is actually supposed to be "neko group school" as the other post tried to use "sistersswimmingguitarwatertubesunglasesbikiniflowers" as a tag.
