When uploading, you should go to the page view mode of Pixiv and click the button to the top left of the image that opens the largest version in a separate window/tab. Copy and paste that link (it should be formatted like the one I'm about to put in there; click Edit to see it) into the source box on Danbooru's upload page and it will directly pull the image off Pixiv and automatically put the source link in the image's info box.
You also seem to have missed a page.
