The closest thing I have to the actual doujinshi that came with the album are the monochrome images which resemble a comic that was inside the artbook. However, do keep in mind that this sequence of images convey a different story than the doujinshi (and the light novels) though they all have the same premise (Merry goes missing and Renko entering Gensokyo when trying to find her).
