She means to recover so completely and so quickly. Youkai tuff, but not that tuff.

From the entire cast only Mokou and Kaguya (AFAIK) are capable of coming back from being a stiff. They even have the boss-death sound-effect before they revive.

Youkai as a whole are pretty much physically immortal, and are able to recover even if their bodies are destroyed (but not immediatly). The explicit exceptions are beast youkai, which have it harder to recover.

Hourai immortals are just...much more than this, and it's instant recover (which is why it's something usable in the games).
