    It's a Type 4 70mm rocket launcher, which was also never fired in anger. There was also the Type 5 45mm recoilless rifle, which apparently never made it out of prototype stage, and an apparently unnamed 81mm recoilless rifle, all 300 of which according to English-language Wiki were expended during Okinawa. It looks like the Japanese-language Wiki contains more information for anyone who speaks the language.
