So she is taking a wee-wee while sitting on a toilet with a built-in bidet, while wearing her backpack, while brushing her teeht, while looking at the camera, while text messaging on her cell phone (which is plugged in, suggesting she spends most of her day in this position). Does this justify the "what" tag?

I'd like to know how a thermometer explains her mobile being plugged into a socket *in the bathroom*. And the backpack still makes no fucking sense, either she's sick and staying home, or hurrying to the school, in which case casually texting on the phone is nonsensical.
Image of situation: she was about to go to school when she felt a sudden urge to drop a brick, but upon sitting on the bowl realised it was in a liquid state and her stomach hurt. So, she put in the thermometer to check out whether she has a fever and pullsout the cell to mail somebody shell will be late/absent from classes. The battery was there because its her father's electrical razor's plug that can also be used for that phone.
