Need a bit of help identifying (and tagging) what the yellow and green object is.
Identified and tagged as the Shoshinsha Mark (Beginner's Mark, also known as the Wakaba Mark). It's a symbol that new Japanese drivers must display on their cars for a year after obtaining their license.
