Someone needs to explain this one to me. There is a "hot dog" tag, but I don't see hot dogs anywhere in this picture.

It's koppe pan. They where often made from hot dog buns but now-a-days are made like hoagies. They where popular after WWII but are now thought of as poor-people's food. They often have fillings like mayonnaise and jam.
