all the fighters are practically naked. There is a weight limit if you recall. Sure you could be fully clothed, at the price of not having a weapon or armor to have. Not much a problem if you have armament haki but alot of the fighters are pretty normal, as such, you gotta make up for that with heavy swords or partial armor.

I don't usually care about pictures like that, but Rebecca is too cute and sexy for me to dislike that one.

it fits the coliseum theme and it doesn't hinder her mobility which is her greatest asset in combat.
