The one in the yellow reminds me of Sawawa, Hiro's sister from Kaibutsu Oujo. Looks like post #130611 is the only Sawawa post on Danbooru.

Yeah I couldn't find much on his real name and just went with what ANN had. All I know is that this guy does a lot of regular manga and a lot of guro manga. Nasty stuff.
