This translation has me stumped. I know that ”コラアアア！！” is likely supposed to tie the whole sentence together, but I've never seen it before, and my searches are turning up nothing useful.

Also, 鬼乳 normally means Witch's Milk (which has nothing to do with witches, it is a term for a neonatal secretion, which is fucking gross), but since we know she IS an 鬼 with very large 乳, I wonder if she's just referring to her fun pillows in a punny way. (Actually, as far as I can tell, that's the only way her statement would make any sense in this context).

I do believe that the "コラァァァ！！" is just an extended "コラ" a common interjection (cf ア／ァ). Now, you could take 鬼乳 to imply that someone is implying that she is a child, or that she infered someone refereing to her as Oni-tits as meaning that she's a neonate; and therefore she is replying with the response of 'what do you mean/what kind of/etc., 鬼乳'. Given that there is no other text to work off, and that she is appearing to be placing her breasts on a table with force with a miffed expression, she's definately responding to someone.

All in all, it's not one that translates particularily well into english.
