Which of our favourite Fusoans are out of action? Or maybe Trude ran out of ammo in one of her Buzzsaws? because Trude is holding a Type 99 cannon

I'm just going to assume that she uses Mio's old Type 99 to honor a fellow warrior who can no longer fight. At least, in some way, Mio will continue fighting on with the rest of the witches.

I can go with that but I feel Minna should have Mio's old Type 99 because of the relationship they had

I can definitely understand that. My mind just went with a 'kinship between two hardcore soldiers' kind of thing. That and as the series goes on Minna rarely flies in combat.

I think it's a reference to episode 4 on season 1, when Trude used Yoshika's Type 99 after she got shot down and one of her MG42 got destroyed
