I don't recognize the girls far-left first row and far-right second row; I assume the low-detail one mid-left-side is Aoba. As far as I can tell all the images without notes haven't been uploaded to Danbooru under Niwatazumi.

It looks like Kongou is actually in the lead, then, unless Sakurako actually awakens to yuri, and goes after Haruna. Kaga isn't even on the list of contenders.

Also, LOL for entire Kongou class being in the harem. She's only missing Myoukou from the Myoukou class, at that, although I guess Ashigara isn't really a contender? Also, it didn't seem like Inazuma was really going for serious yuri, here. I guess the "like" is the not-serious contenders, after all?

To be fair, except for DesDiv6, the starters, the kai 2 and rare destroyers, destroyers are pretty rare to appear in comics, and several of them (especially earlier ones) look pretty generic.

EDIT: Looking it up, Hatsuyuki hasn't appeared in any work by this artist (at least, not appearing on Danbooru...)

I found the missing images with a bit of detective work and uploaded them. A bit annoying in this case that most of this artist's images are released in sets of 10 or 12.

A note to translators on this image; there has to be a bit of a gap between name and description or else you can't get your mouse down to the image link without "triggering" the note below it.

Firefox. Maybe it doesn't do that any more because I moved them down when I added the new links. Try dragging the lower ones up so their top and bottom edges align then attempt to click the link in the upper one; if yours is like mine, then as soon as you leave the bottom of the note it'll open the one below. (You can drag notes around all you like as long as you don't open and save them; the red border indicates the changes aren't saved to the server yet.)

I think it's just a non-exhaustive list. Kaga, Iku, and Shouhou are not represented here at all.

The word イケメン (ikemen) which is used to describe both Tenryuu and Kiso, is generally used to describe a good-looking guy. But it looks like the translation was fixed, so no big deal.

Also, Ashigara "not really serious about finding a guy." Probably because she's succumbed to Sakurako's charms.

Well, it kinda does since this is his description of artists fem. admiral, which could also be authors self-insert, so I tthink that tag should stay. Also admiral and her name are mentioned in the title so that's that.

I guess that depends on if you count words (and a boob and a neck) as "visual and factual elements," which I personally wouldn't.
