But Kokoro called Miko "Papa", so what makes her a kinapper anyway ?

Well, maybe you can call her a kidnapper if she dosen't has the custody and takes Kokoro away regardless.

Not quite. Kokoro feels emotions the same as any other person. It's just impossible for her to display them through her own expressions. This is why she switches between masks. Each mask represents a different emotion. She displays her emotions through her masks.

However, if Seija doesn't know about the masks, she probably can't tell what Kokoro's emotions are. However, I don't believe there's been any sort of canon word on these two characters ever meeting.
