Looks like this was upscaled for detexting and redrawing purposes, it's horribly pixelated everywhere except the nipples if viewed in full size.

Good news is, this pic is apparently a sample from a new book he's going to put out, so a real scan this size might actually pop up eventually.

Someone with half-decent photoshop skills could probably take the uncensored sample he released on twitter and combine it with the censored one if they wanted.

Or simply resize this so the pixelation isn't visible. It's a pretty decent redraw.
