This is the best that I could do. It is still too sloppy in my opinion, so I really hope somebody will come and revise this. I couldn't find any links to NAMSAN in English; basically it's a phrase Buddhist monks use for all purposes, kind of like "bless you" in western religions (not definition wise, more like frequency of usage wise).

It's shorthand for (in english) 'Praise to the three treasures of Buddhism'
