The artist labeled this as "『アビスゲート』のアリサ。" on Pixiv, which Google translates to 'Alisa of "Abyss Gate".' The closest connection I can find is Alisa_Boskonovich from Tekken 6, since there is a apparently a stage in the game called "Abyss Gate", but this doesn't look anything like her. Any ideas?
