Seriously, though, I recall discussion from another image about this. Depiction of a condom is often used as an indication of the want to have sex. I forget if this was a cultural thing or just a drawing convention.
Technically, lesbians do use condoms. Not for birth control, but sanitary purposes. Oftentimes, it's for something like a "dental dam", where they cut the condom open into a rectangle to make a tongue-guard. Especially if you're sticking any fingers (much less a tongue) up the "back door", it just makes sense.
