Based on the body build on this guy, he could have easily snuck up behind the girl with the sword, knocked her out, and then proceed to rape the shit out of the unarmed girl before hiding the other girl's sword, waiting for her to wake up, and then raping her as well, thus avoiding any type of death, while at the same time getting his fill of both girls.

The muscle probably not, as the medulla would be dead along with the rest of the brain.
The semen though, I can't see why they wouldn't be effective as usual, but they may not all be able to 'exit' the penis since the muscle was killed in the middle of its activity.
