Brown Princess Leia star puffs are definitely Kongou.

I'd have guessed Ashigara at first for the second panel, but the hair is short, so I think it's actually Hiei with the bangs incorrect. Artist interpretation on these characters, because I definitely recognize a "Haruna ha daijoubu desu" in the last one, even though that gray hair and seeming side ponytail is all wrong for Haruna.

That is, these are the Kongou class. I can recognize their names in kanji at this point.
