Once again, I'm guessing on the head on the middle. I think it's Kasumi, although her hair is darker than this artist normally draws it. The other obvious person to have that sort of triangular hair thing would be Shiranui, but you basically don't see her have that sort of facial expression...
Cat CafeowSeptember 29th. kuru(9)-fu(2)-ku(9) for "coming fortune", so it's maneki-neko day. Once upon a time cats were apparently brought aboard ships as protective spirits. They would take care of the mice--natural enemies of the sailors' rations--and it was believed they could predict the weather and discern directions. And of course, they were mascots, too.
