That's a really awkwardly drawn head. It just looks like her face is a flat mask, rather than a face. And those breasts are extremely low, even for sagging ones. Her upper arms are much much longer than the forearms (and her forearms are weirdly thick compared to her tiny hands), and her shoulders are ridiculously narrow. The anatomy is all over the place in general.
