Is he promoted now to commodore or above?

Poor man, from the captain of the convoy to head of maintenance. He really is getting more and more pitiful everytime we see him. The Yonehara Sousuke right now is totally different from how he was back when he just shown up.

I think it's mostly because of his crew's uniform .
They really look like maintenance crew

more like he's also doing maintenance as well... and it just so happens he also has a maintenance uniform as well. He's becoming the jack of all trades in the base, the only thing he's not doing is actual commanding and snagging Ashigara.

Actually, people are confusing him as a resupply/maintenance crew member when he's not associated or does any of their duties. He's trying to tell everyone that he's a Supply Convoy member and to stop associating him with resupply or maintenace crews.
