I found it a bit difficult to include the pantyhose tag in this one. Judging from the skin on her legs it appears that she is bare-legged, but the toes on her foot (which is the wrong foot for that leg) appear to have the toe seam of pantyhose. Either she has webbed feet or she is wearing some extremely sheer pantyhose.

Riven's bunny costume does have pantyhose... but then she's usually not brown up top either (not that I'm complaining). For some reason this post is also tagged Nidalee on Pixiv, so maybe it's supposed to be white hair Nidalee in Riven's costume, but he doesn't elaborate other than 'LOL brown girls'
