Seems like it. Judging by the title, it's implied that Atago is from Congo but suffers from albinism, thus being white-skinned. Dunno where it comes from through. (maybe either her reputation of "experienced" woman, making it a "lots of children" variant, or maybe her "large" body, implying many child births)
